Sushi Ichi - Himeji

Wonderful sushi restaurant on the north side of downtown Himeji. The chef, sous chef, and wait staff were nothing but friendly and welcoming, and had a great time chatting with some other guests at the sushi bar. Nice variety of entree offerings, high quality fish, well-prepared sushi. So nice I had to visit two days in a row.

Absolutely fantastic sushi! The fatty tuna was perfect and the spread was very nice. Good price for plenty of delicious food and very gracious hosts. Worth stopping by before or after the castle for authentic sushi experience!

We had a good meal here after visiting Himeji castle! I do think the prices are a bit too high, but everything is expensive in Japan.

Nice quiet place, great food, english menu and the staff was polite and spoke enough English to make it easy.
