Iyashiya Maaru - Himeji

Although there is something out of the way, it is worth coming there (we have taken a taxi from the heavenly burg area). we had the set menu that served several small Japanese dishes. everything was delicious and plentiful for lunch. very helpful and accommodating staff.

We ate there for lunch after we visited himeijis close. the food was very delicious and fresh and as usual the staff was very nice.

I visited this restaurant in 16 september when it was still located in the aeon shopping center. therefore I cannot comment on the new location. eating was very good. I had a lunch menu with yummy teryika and a fresh salad. it was served with a suppe that was a bit stale, but this seems to be the typical lunch menu soup in japan. the personal speaks English.
