Bidrage med feedbackWe recently visited this winery/restaurant. The dining experience was very disappointing, and the wait for our food was excessive. Waiting for an hour for a very average meal was quite disappointing. The views from the winery are lovely, but there is still much room for improvement in both the food and service in order to reach a satisfactory standard.
Great location with view of the grapevines. Food was delicious especially the cauliflower entree. My only negative comment was regarding our waitress, she was wearing a mask that was obviously unwashed and was dirty. Was very off putting
I discovered this place on Google Maps and decided to invite a friend to join me. Upon arriving, we found the parking situation a bit challenging as it was only roped off and had some trenches. The service at the restaurant was excellent and I enjoyed the local Shiraz. The meal was good, although my friend was not as impressed. We spoke to the manager who was knowledgeable about the establishment and shared some interesting information with us. Two weeks later, I organized a dinner with four friends who all enjoyed their meals. The restaurant was quiet and I would recommend it for a group dinner. They have live music once a month, which adds to the ambiance. The prices were a bit high for the portion sizes, but it's a good spot for those looking to have a few drinks and stay out late. Overall, it's a great place to impress a date and enjoy a night out.
The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The food resembled typical pub dishes, however, the prices were a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, I am grateful for the opportunity to dine at this establishment.
My daughter obviously forgot my job to this weingut restaurant when she gave my wife and I a $100 credit for this place for christmas. 8 months later we decided to use it, and expect a lot of the same as the last time. I was not surprised or disappointed. the menu is filled with cheap, pasta and rice dishes that are overpriced, in which everything on the menu is overpriced both eating and drinks. $60 for a steak the size of a 50 cent piece for beginners, really! about the menu agonizing what to choose from, I gave up and ordered the bum breast and my wife ordered the pork ribs. we started with a bruschetta escape, which was 2 pieces cold stale toast with some things up. the net came literally 5 minutes after the starter. my wife's rib consisted of more bones than meat served with a mere amount of herb with a handful of macca's pommes. my hen was dry and overcooked and sits on a hill of blandmaic kartoffel with 2 tiny root vegetables I could not recognize and 2 slivers of spargel. both were over $30 per. I played it safe and had a beer as I had tasting these wineries and most would be happy to make it a dan murphy’s bargain. my wife had a 3rd glass of very average sauvignon blanc, $11. because we had still starving, we shared a desert with sticky data pudding. had not disappointed, small place of sarah lie pudding served with a super market creature no name ice cream seeing don't know what happened to the cream on the menu. overall the experiences from this alleged restaurant are best compared with an under average pub meal. cost $135.00 service was too fast, we were in and out in an hour. at the payment the waitress asked me for a feedback that I could very much deliver. at this place where you are peril!
