Pollo Tropical - Hillsborough County

This food is TERRIBLE. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and the cheesy yucca bites. Both went to the trash. $15 down the drain. The bites were tasteless and no dipping sauce given. The sandwich was even worse. I had a cuban here before and it wasn't to bad. This time both items I ordered were literally not edible. They were trashed. Will not be back and unless you want tasteless food that chews like shoe leather I suggest you avoid

Ordered a Cuban sandwich Flan. The Cuban bread was stale the clueless drive through girl handed me the bag not checking the order. As suspected, no flan. The chick could've cared less flipping her purple hair around. Never again will I go back. The St. Pete location is awesome, not this place! Check your order and freshness b4 pulling away!
