Oasis Lebanese Cuisine - Hillsboro

Delicious Lebanese cuisine in a beautiful environment it is in a mini-mall, but once inside you forget that how the decor is special. we were there in the evening of a glocking game that had a lot of fun. that eating is excellent, I had the falafel salat and hummus as an appetizer, my guests had lamm and huh and all were thrilled with their meal. service was excellent, friendly and helpful, although the restaurant is quite full.

Great atmosphere for a family dinner. in portions were great and that was delicious. our server was amazing and very friendly.

Eating was good, not the best Lebanese food I ever had, but good. the brot is freshly baked and amazing! what was bad at this restaurant was the service. I made a reservation at 7PM, which was an option on open table. I saw it closed at 8 o'clock, but I know I can eat in an hour. there were no other guests when we arrived. the waitress was very rude, rushed us to order, muddled our drinks and eat on the table and made very clear that she wanted to leave earlier than 8 o'clock and had despised our reservations. she repeated that the kitchen was short to close, although my reservation was at 7PM. So we felt very fast and it was not a good experience. to round it off, they turned on the bright cleaning lights around 7:50, which was an obvious sign for us to get the hell out. I wouldn't eat here again.

My fourth visit to Oasis. The food as always was wonderful and plentiful. The service as always was attentive. This visit, I had the Lamb Shwarma Plate, which came with basmati rice. The lamb was excellent, and not over seasoned as shwarma sometimes can be. I started with humus with lamb on top, (making for a very nice contrast in flavor and textures), which lasted through the meal, shared with my wife. Two large rounds of bread, each a foot wide came with the humus. Oasis is an oasis in Hillsboro for great Lebanese food, without the challenges associated with going into the city.
