Elmer's (hillsboro, Or)

Came in today for a bacon avocado burger my wife got the crepes and we split the German pancake. Service was good the German pancake was great but my burger was below par. The patty was on of those hexagon shaped with soft edges clear indication of freezer patties not hand formed patties. While breakfast items taste good here its unfortunate that the burgers suck.

Amazing steak dinner, good portions. A little pricey but the food is worth it.

Waitress smiled and was very gracious. Split the bill at the register — Elmer's was good with that. Lots of food for the price. Two of Our group had fish n chips with salads. (Tartar sauce was the best served in any restaurant, to date. Chicken fried steaks — one had that item for the first time in their 75 years on Planet Earth. She enjoyed it. Breakfast item for a 4th person — he loves to get that each time they visit Elmer's. And I've forgotten the 5th item. Everybody was Happy!

We were greated by the friendly TC “Taylor”. Big smile, very welcoming. Great first impression of your restaurant. Our server Gina was wonderful. My Crab BLT Salad was exceptionally delicious. Keep up the good work TC!

Always a terrific meal and comfortable experience. Today a friend and I went for a late breakfast. It was fairly busy but not overly crowded. Cold and rainy outside, We asked for a table near a fireplace. The manager was quick to get us a big table right in front of the fire, where we warmed up. Hot tea arrived quickly, followed by the always wonderful german pancake with lots of fresh lemon and they brought us powdered sugar shaker so we got it just right to our own taste.
