Went for a buster bar. Online showed open until 9pm, but they closed at 8, were cleaning up. Wish correct hours could be posted :

I’ve been coming here every summer all my life for ice cream and the ice cream is always phenomenal, as are the employees usually, only today I went there with my grandparents and ordered a blizzard flavor. Only seconds later I saw another flavor on a smaller menu that I hadn’t seen before and asked to change my flavor BEFORE paying. I was told very specifically, “no”, and they already started making the first one so I could not change it. I’ve worked fast food for many years and I’ve always had to change the customers order based on what they wanted before the order is done. This woman was rude, but the ice cream was good at least.

I live near this Dairy Queen, about a 10-minute drive away, and I typically only visit once a year. You might be wondering why...well, let me tell you! The staff there are simply terrible! They are rude, snooty, and always focused on what they can't do. I have lost count of how many times they have informed me that they are no longer serving hot dogs because they are in the freezer, or that they cannot make a certain type of shake because it is too difficult. Moreover, they act as if you are a bother if you request a lid or extra napkins. As a business owner myself, I would suggest having a serious conversation with those employees about the importance of customer service! I will definitely be looking for a different ice cream shop to patronize.

My family has been going to this Dairy Queen for 58 years. The staff is friendly, and the ice cream is delicious.
