Grand Palladium Palace Resort All Inclusive

The service here is absolutely fantastic, any problem that the team showed up at the Grand Palladium Palace would be able to solve it. Specially, Helen, Jose and Louisa of Concierge, these three people are the best employees that the resort has!! On the first day I realized that I forgot my laptop charge and they called so many people to find a charger for me, so I was able to do everything I had. We also had problems with our room and they were beyond to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Had an excellent vacation in the palace! Wilson and Joelvis helped us dance, in the activities and helped us to make our own karaoke night that was amazing (it would do everything again). Always visit the foam and beach parties you will not regret! Stunning atmosphere and great rooms, service was excellent.

This place was amazing! We came here for a Christmas holiday of the family, and it was exactly what we needed. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite place to eat. Willian at the pool bar was the most amazing person! He had a pool chair for our family every morning. Everyone here was so friendly and they became family.

We were just at the Grand Palladium Palace of 3/10 3/20. I didn't want to go! The terrain is absolutely beautiful, beaches stunning, each staff member so helpful and friendly to choose several pools that are kept very clean and our room was beautiful with magnificent views! It really doesn't matter which of the 4 resorts you stay as you can enjoy all the amenities they have to offer. The resort also offers the train that runs all day to take you to various locations. Not all resorts offer this and is very helpful. Many restaurants to choose from with wonderful selections and I highly recommend to make the chic cabaret dinner show. We can't wait to come back! We have made amazing memories

We had the BEST holiday. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the pool side staff. Coca Cola and Chocolate made everything so much fun and really created a fun-friendly atmosphere by including everyone in water sports, aerobics and dancing at the different parties. Jose Luis at the pool bar was also very friendly and always checking in on us throughout the day with drinks. These staff really went above and beyond to make an effort to speak with us daily with friendly, open conversation. Would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend to anyone! Gona miss the Grand Palladium Palace family! <3
