Bidrage med feedbackThe Sumptuori is one of the restaurants within the Palladium complex that truly impressed me, especially for its live cooking show which is a highly sought-after experience. Located adjacent to the lobby of the grand Palladio Palace Hotel, this Japanese-themed restaurant only serves dinner from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Guests have the option to dine a la carte or at the live kitchen tables, with the latter being the most entertaining and popular choice. For this option, guests must arrive around 8 pm to enjoy their dinner between 9 and 10 pm. Diners are seated around a table (shared with other patrons) where a chef prepares the food live, putting on a show with their knife and spatula skills. The menu for this experience is a unique tasting menu that showcases a variety of dishes from around the world, such as rice with three delicacies, chicken and beef with vegetables, and shrimp with soy sauce. Before starting the main course, diners choose a first dish which can be a spicy soup or sushi. For dessert, guests can select from a variety of options on the menu, such as a delicious chocolate mousse presented in an edible chocolate cup. Overall, the dining experience at Sumptuori was enjoyable and unique, especially for those looking for a dinner show experience. I highly recommend it.
