Red Mango - Highlands Ranch

I had the pleasure of visiting Sushi Mango twice in the last 3 years. Why twice? My granddaughter and I are trying to eat our rounds in various local restaurants. She still enjoys the food; That's great for a 13-year-old who still wants when she's 16. The culinary experience, presentation of food and quality did not change. I would recommend eating here. The menu is moderate. The dining area is simple but personal. You forget it's in a strip of shopping mall. Uploaded reflect 2019 followed by 2021. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of all the dishes. Regardless of your choice, you will be disappointed.

That's the best sushi I've eaten everywhere. I travel a bit, Europe, in the USA, South America and Asia, and I tell you that this place is still number one in my book. Good food and very pleasant staff, but the rice is a little off and the prices are a tad high for the portions you receive. I'm coming back, but probably not a weekly thing for me.

This is 4.5 stars, viewed with price. I had better sushi with better atmospheres in Denver, but that was very good sushi, with fast service, and you can get 2 reels for $12 at lunch! I had the Philadelphia roll and the sharp yellow tail roll. The rice on the philly roll was very fresh and soft, the spicy taste on the yellowtail was great, the meat tasted fresh, and the icy tea was good. Note that if you get the guards, they will be raw! 10/5/21: fantastic as always. Spicy Yellowtail and Philly Rolls 11/8/21: Philly and spicy tuna rolls. The smoked Scottish salmon in the Philly Roll really stood out today - very good.

Today, I feel like having sushi, here I am. Sashimi is always fresh, beautiful cuts and nice plating. And my favorite roll, spider roll is always good, today I am treating myself right. Very happy meal.
