In my opinion between their carnitas and carnitas mixtas, I gotta go with mixtas because the mix of carnitas, buche, and cueritos is a better flavor.

It's a good place to shop I'd definitely go any time if I need anything .the food there is also good they give a good proportion size and it's not expensive it's good and affordable.

Carnitas are one of if not the best in socal get them mixed not just meat if you want the true and best flavor. I also recommend stopping by Cardenas and getting some yellow in house made tortillas to make it a done deal.
