The steak tacos were really good! the tortillas seem homemade which was nice. i got tacos and agua de jamaica which was perfect for me. not too sweet. it does cater to white people it seems. no horchata was a little surprising for an authentic mexican restaurant. but if you ask for tacos with cebolla y cilantro they do it. so i would still recommend it

We stopped at Maria's Buena Cocina for lunch on the way back to Indy. The food was fantastic. Everything is homemade there. The family that owns the restaurant is awesome. They are so friendly and caring. We can't wait to stop back!
AMAZING place. I really wanted to gatekeep this place! The food is made fresh with all healthy ingredients. Maria is a beautiful soul and deserves everything!!!! Go eat there or order from there. Infinity/10 would recommend.
