Little Caesars Pizza - Highland Park

These are the only little caesars I've ever been, always serving fresh pizza without long waiting. Your pizza will be ALWAYS good when you come here and there are ALWAYS hot finished pizzas actually ready. Although located in a less happy neighborhood, it is worth asking for change.

The Little Caesars Pizza in Hamtramck has excellent customer service, the pizza is always hot and the waiting time is less than 15 minutes.

I ordered twice from this little caesar. 5 stars every time. I ordered online with the app and was not only my order ready at the time promised, the pizza was so fresh hot and juicy! Great service, polite, attentively smiled and they were extremely busy both times and still made me feel like my other matter. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks to all pizza geniuses!

Given the wrong pizza, I returned and the order still no completed as ordered or charged. The cheese pizza I was given was burnt and looked small.

Store is ran by a bunch of teenagers, food was cold and some was raw and not edible. Placed order online Little Caesars not DoorDash etc.. had a pick up time to get there in stand in line another 15 min after my pick up time. Called back to store to talk to brandy manager on duty and was told that in order to get a refund I had to come back up to the store when I paid online so why she couldn?t do it over the phone I asked and she was very rude. I asked if I come back can I come straight up to the window and she tells me we busy.. so that meant I had to stand in line again. Never ever again will I go back to that location. She called me back before I left home to tell me she talked to her general manager and he said since I order online I had to request a refund online. Little Caesars app doesn?t have a spot to request a refund. My husband took the stuff bread back anyway to show Brandy all for her to say OMG it is raw? Still no refund, my children and I would?ve been very sick.
