Station Avoch - Highland

Back to the sixth time. great gastender lorraine and richard large chef. they smoke their own salmon at breakfast. no longer at evening meal. the big portions at breakfast jeep they go all day. avoch large basic to explore the black island bar and pool rooms are still open. we are staying

Beautiful, as it is done. the staff is so friendly and helpful. chef very warm for nutritional needs. eat very tasty and absolutely amazing quality. They are huge....you can never say that they leave there hungry lol. really glad to see that they were open again for eating, as it is a great place to go when in avoch and great that the natives have a place to go again! I will check the lounge and the pool table next time.

I stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were fantastic. Having traveled throughout Scotland in the past 8 months, I can confidently say that this place offers the best food and largest portions by a long shot.

We frequently visit Orkney and always make a point to stay at the Station Hotel. The accommodations are cozy and spotless, and Richard and Lorraine always make us feel right at home with their hospitality. The dining experience is top-notch, with excellent quality food, and the breakfast is truly the best in the Highlands. It is sure to satisfy even the heartiest appetite. We highly recommend this hotel.

This restaurant is fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and the food, especially the fish, is outstanding. Highly recommended.
