Skippers Seafood - High Point

This was the worst food and service, my daughter ordered spaghetti, it was awful and they told us no you can’t send it back because they already cooked it! Tell me does that make sense? The fish, fries and popcorn shrimp were overcooked, very tough but we didn’t send it back because of what happened with the spaghetti! I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy! My daughter was throwing up when we got home, I know it was because of the food!!!! They had so many charges for everything, a to go cup was xtra money, if u need a xtra plate be sure you gonna pay for that too! This place is way overpriced for the kind of food you get here!!

Food was good but portion size isn't quite the size of other seafood restaurants I go to. All in all if you're in High Point, it's the best options imo

Ordered two of the fried seafood platters which came with shrimp, flounder, oysters, scallops and deviled crab had to pay upcharge for oysters scallops which is what came on platter anyway. Worst seafood I have ever gotten from Skippers, very disappointed. Oysters were not fresh tasting, fishy smell and taste, almost everything was cold and we dont live very far, food had been sitting under heat lamp and was not freshly fried, even baked potato was barely warm and outside appeared to have been reheated. We have been customers for many years but this was the worst take out ever. It will most definitely be our last trip for a while.

Food was ok. Service was ok. Better than the last time I was there.

Took the fam there tonight. Much better than Sanibel's and easily as good as some choice seafood restaurants at the coast. Their seafood specialty platter is only $14.99, well filling to any man, and zero post seafood-eating stomach issues. Everything on the platter was perfect. Plus, non-greasy French fries that actually tasted like potatoes.
