Harris Teeter - High Point

We are moving into the neighborhood, and Harris Teeter is the local grocery store for this area. So my wife and I figure that we would give this a try out and see if there was a reason to come back and continue to shop or stay with good lion. Even though the food belying the price is always the truth and so is the customer service. We also wanted to see if there was any reason to leave a 5-star review for Harris Teeter. They completely failed in every area then we were looking for and we love to leave great reviews we don't like leaving bad reviews but when certain situations happen like this this is all you can do this is our voice to speak. I don't want to bore you with too much writing. But if any of you would care to hear about the reasons why they deserve one star just leaving thumbs-up and my wife and I will gladly come back and tell you the stories of why this place is terrible!

Though they've changed since being bought and I miss the old HT, the store is always clean, associates friendly and terrific produce and meat departments. New update ... The associates remain friendly and I've witnessed some acts of kindness from them to customers. Still my favorite place to grocery shop. Customer service is still outstanding.
