Three Roofs Cafe - High Peak

Literally the best bacon and sausage sandwich, cake and coffee we’ve had for a very long time. Espresso served with a glass of water (which seems to be unusual these days). Absolutely delicious. We will be back.

I stopped with my two children, 6 and 8, for lunch. Nice little cafe, and the food was of good quality. I had the hot pork roll with stuffing and crackling it was very nice and seemed to be very popular! My children had the fish finger £6.50 and jacket potato £5.50 meal. They said the food was tasty but were both still hungry after the meal the portion sizes were smaller than they used to for children’s meals and we eat out quite a bit! . In particular, the jacket potato was only half a potato this is the first time we’ve ever encountered a jacket potato meal where you only get half the potato, so my 6 year old did wonder why his meal was missing half! In summary, good quality food but the value for money on children’s meals would likely prevent me visiting again.

We really enjoyed it here, the food was tasty and good value, it’s a lovely setting, the staff were friendly and we would return again when visiting Castleton, a bonus, dogs are very welcome.

My partner discovered this little gem of a place when searching for Gluten Free friendly places as I’m coeliac. I usually have to look at every menu everywhere we go but I did bring an emergency pack lunch just in case
