Had a gorgeous afternoon tea here today. Great service, lovely food and dog friendly too. Lovely gift shop inside.

Very welcoming tee and gift items. we started with coffee and an early lunch in the tea room part of the shop. friendly staff without transfer. good choice in menu. faster service. good food. reasonable prices. in the gift shop there was a good selection of unusual Christmas tree decorations, and other gifts that are not the usual run of the mill. will be the next time we visit castleton.

This is an amazing little place, in the heart of Castleton. With seating both inside and outside. There is an lovely air of tranquility and peacefulness here. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Without doubt the best part is the array of food cake and drinks that are on the menu pages. We had the, Lemon and coconut Bakewell slice...and Boy was it good! Try it for yourself. There is plenty to choose from, if you don't like this particular choice of ours. So go on give it a try, You won't be disappointed here. Highly recommended.
