Mcdonald's - Hickory

I wish they would pit the sauce in the center of fish sandwich it is always on the corner. Although taste was good!

Although I used the drive through only today, I had great service and they got my drink order correct? As I ordered unsweet tea.. there have been a few times at different McDonald's that when I order unsweet tea I get sweet tea so I'm very happy when the order is right!

I ordered a hot carmel latte and they did not put the lid on good. The lid came off and it spilled on my neck, chest and hand scalding me. I filed a report and was told someone would contact me and to date no one has reached out.

Ask for a fresh fish sandwich and was told by a misinformed employee that it would be BUT was barely warm. On 03/28/24@ 9:00 pm. You can bet I will never get another fish or another sandwich there !!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Sucks for me bul I am in a chair

Went there on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm and the lobby doors were locked. The McDonald's restaurants in this area are just getting ridiculously lazy. Ordered from the app one day and had a employee laugh in my face after sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes and after pre paying. At the window he said we're closed, laughed in my face. I still have not received a refund.
