Bidrage med feedbackI ordered two full meals but they were both missing items. I tried calling back but no one answered the phone. When I tried to order online, I received error messages. Eventually, I was able to place my order over the phone but still had missing items in both meals. This was the worst experience. Don't bother wasting your time, it was terrible. Additionally, there were customers who were not wearing masks properly - either not wearing them at all or pulling them down below their noses. The list of issues goes on.
I ordered two meals from this restaurant and both were missing. I tried calling back but no one answered the phone. I had also tried to place an order online twice but kept getting error messages. Eventually, I was able to place an order over the phone and was charged for everything I ordered, but still did not receive two of the meals. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend wasting your time here, as it was a horrible experience overall. Additionally, there were inconsiderate customers not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. There were other issues as well.
This morning, my overeasy eggs were overcooked and leathery, making them difficult to cut with a fork. My wife's breakfast was cold by the time the Hasbrouck arrived 8 minutes later, and her sausage was undercooked.
