Bojangles - Hickory

Cajun chicken was dripping with grease. I was given an incorrect order. I asked for 2 thighs and received a thigh and a drumstick. The slaw was warm. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for a small order of Cajun beans andreceived a family size. When I dipped into the beans, I was surprised. Beneath the beans was a layer of dirty rice. I despisedirty rice, so I threw it out for the animals to eat. It seems to me that either management or employees really don't care. Itwill probably be a long while before I return to Bojangles, if ever.

The biscuits weren't even all the way cooked it felt like i was eating dough.

Food tasted exceptional—better than any other Bojangles I’ve had. Actually wrote what type of chicken tender it was on the box—helped me out because my family battles between liking homestyle and supreme. Fries were well seasoned. Definitely good service.

I ordered the steak biscuits today and Cajun Filet biscuits. The best tasting biscuits I ever had . Videos to the biscuit maker . Was still very hot and not greasy at all !!!!

Chicken can be cooked a bit much sometimes but overall great experiences
