Domino's Pizza - Hibbing

We get dominoes regularly! I work long shifts and sometimes it’s the fastest thing to feed my kiddo before bed. Tonight, we had an odd experience, opened the box of the pan pizza we got and it was a mess, to the point it was difficult to eat. I’m not a complainer, I hate calling about issues, but, it was a little unsatisfying to see it. The Employees I talked to were so amazing! (Customer service isn’t always great in Hibbing unfortunately at some of the local fast food joints, so hearing this was a huge relief) The driver explained what had more than likely happened, apologized more than once and had even offered to give us a free remake. Being it was late, and we just wanted to eat and go to bed, we really didn’t wanna do that, they were just fine with giving us a coupon for the next time around instead. We appreciate you guys! Thank you again!

Always fast and always delicious. Consistency is often the hardest thing to get and they nail it every time.

Ordered some wings for dinner and cheese stuffed bread.. Just a helpful tip for the future, when people order wings, they want them drenched in sauce!! Not just drizzled... Dinner was still good (Thank you) but SAUCE THOSE WINGS!!

Wow, worst experience ever. Ordered pizzas for a school and was told we must have called the wrong store. Then, instead of admitting there may be a problem with the ordering system, the manager started complaining about how hard it is to hire people. It would have been much simpler to have said, Sorry, we 've been having problems with the ordering system. I can make your pizzas now. Never ordering from this Dominos again.

I 'm commenting for several families. No one enjoys talking to Minneapolis when ordering a pizza in Hibbing. Its no longer easy for people of all ages! How cold impersonal. Many are fed up go elsewhere. Make Dominos the 'family friendly place ' it always was... gain customers back.
