Denny's - Hesperia

After a terrible night I decided at 3:00, I was hungry. I went to Dennys and the young man Ely (wafer) and the cook was ready to go to the brake. The Dennys was empty at the time. Instead of taking the brake there Ely sat me immediately, got me a drink and ran into the back to let the cook know that it was a dune in the customer. Hands down Ely was friendly and had the best customer service skills I've ever experienced!!! He made sure that my drink was never empty and that I had everything I needed. When he took my order, he asked several times how I needed my food and what I needed. He plays on the table several times during my meal to check on me and make sure my food was perfect. I would definitely return only for Ely customer service!!! Thank you. Ely for my night so much better with your kindness!!!

After reviewing the menu, my husband ordered a dish that typically contains no cheese or butter, just to be safe. However, it seems the chefs added cheese without our knowledge. Thankfully, Gladys noticed this before she left the kitchen. She swiftly instructed the kitchen staff to prepare it without cheese, came back to us, and apologized for the mix-up. When our meal arrived, it looked correct at first glance, but upon closer inspection, we noticed that some broccoli was still covered in cheese, which posed a significant risk for my husband. It appeared as though the cooks had tried to salvage the dish by scraping off the cheese, which wouldn’t have been adequate for someone with an allergy. The owner approached us to address the situation and was surprised to learn that cheese had been included in the dish at all. He and Gladys both acted with great care and professionalism to rectify the situation. We truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you!

Our waitress Jasmine was fantastic! She was very kind and frequently checked on us. Our coffee was always filled, and the food arrived very quickly. We were extremely impressed and satisfied!

I was genuinely impressed by both the food and the customer service! Despite having a large group on a bustling Friday night, the service was outstanding. Our server kept us informed about our order and was incredibly attentive and friendly. After this experience, I would absolutely return to Denny's!
