I absolutely love the Landwer cafe chain of restaurants. They have a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options on their menu, and are always willing to accommodate requests to make dishes vegan-friendly. However, I must say that the service at this particular branch is quite poor and should be avoided. I have dined here multiple times and have consistently experienced subpar service. I have been served drinks with mold on top, salads with vegetables drowned in dressing, and have even had to wait 30 minutes before anyone noticed we needed assistance. Additionally, in this branch, customers need to repeatedly ask for things and practically beg for their bill and to pay. I would recommend trying one of the other Landwer branches in Herzliya or Raanana instead of this one.
