Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Herriman

Good chicken sandwiches, but never got to taste the three order Cajun fries that we paid for and they forgot to place in the bags… and there was no enough honey for the six biscuit order. Pretty annoying, considering it was not the first time this happened in recent visits to Popeyes! A word of caution: check your order at the window before you take off! I’ve noticed that with Popeyes it’s a hit or miss kinda thing and the lack of consistency is not good for business. At this point I’m not even sure if I’ll pass by again to pick up the fries

Worst food I've had in a long time. They served me 3 fried shrimp tails with the shell still on. Literally just the tails still in the shell. Everything else was bad too. Don't come here.

Just spent 20 bucks for food and this is the crispy Cajun shrimp and fries and I got 1 fry. That’s right 1. Sprite no ice ha!! Extra ice.... I hate to be rude but what the heck is going on here. The sandwich was the only thing normal sized in the entire meal.

We just had the best experience at Popeyes in Herriman. The chicken and food was hot and served fast… AND the staff gave us the best service I wish I knew their names but the front line staff were so attentive to all customers during such a busy dinner rush. They were friendly and fun to interact with with as well while still focusing on fast service. In times of today often fast food restaurants have lost the service element not this place they were wonderful and because of the way we were treated and the great food, we will be back to this particular Popeyes over others! Good job

This location is usually top notch. The Popeyes in Utah are sketchy but I have had very good experiences at this one. I am hoping they continue making great chicken. I've also bought the Thanksgiving turkey from here as well and that has been awesome. Can't wait for that every year.
