A very successful experience at the highest level!! The non-alcoholic beverage line is an absolute high-ligt, but also the wine line was perfectly matched and really very, very good!! The food was fantastic. The chefs and the service are 100% authentic, very charming and very competent. You can feel that they love what they do and are 100% behind it. Of course it is a costly experience, but it was worth every euro!!
Service very attentive and unobstructed, ambience french in modern interpretation, prologue in ascending value with black garlic as a successful entree into the menue sequence. Aal, shell infusion and char in continuation of the prologues at top level, then somewhat beat with distinct loss of harmony, but extremely intense accents such as goose dry aged or whiskey sour with sham. The guys from the kitchen (the chefs) have dedicated themselves with devotion to the preparation of a very special meal. In many of the menu components there were surprising and at the same time enjoyable preparation of appealing food miniatures. In addition, the approach of food preparation and preparation, which is still deeply thoughtful, forms an essential basis, is extremely forward-looking and exemplary. We are extremely satisfied and wish the restaurant and the bosses to continue to be successful.
Service is associated with the high price level ~180€/person with beverage accompaniment with a lot of potential for improvement. More false water served in spite of complaints. served (riched) and served in front of the face of the chests over the table. After that the celery drink has not tasted as an accompanying drink, this has not been discussed further or replaced. Unfortunately, the dessert did not meet our expectations here too, we had to discuss with the cook, but unfortunately did not get a substitute. The points were communicated to the restaurant in writing, unfortunately there was no reaction to this.
