Quickway Japanese Hibachi - Herndon

Usually very good but they have the tendency to overcook the beef.At least on this visit.

First time order dinner here. I ordered a shrimp and chicken bento box. Food is good, but only ONE shrimp in it! Seriously???

So the menu doesn’t say ANYWHERE that you can not ask for the teriyaki sauce on the side. Then the cashier said to me “I just work here I don’t need to deal with this bullshit”.The absolute DUMBEST policy ….Immediately asked for a refund.

I have gone to Quickway several times before and some of the staff have been rude. But today specially, the manager was extremely rude out of no reason. He started yelling at me all because I asked for the teriyaki sauce on the side instead of on the food. He was charging extra money when I didn’t even ask for extra sauce. He got so angry he tried physically hurt me and got to the point were I called the police and he went inside and never came out. I would not recommend this place to anyone because this experience was awful and I think this manager should be fired.I recommend for the owners of this Quickway to change some of their staff and the way things are being handled.

The posted operation time states 10pm for closing. Whoever, these guys, only at this location, refuse customers’ orders at 9:30!!! Doesn’t matter if it’s a walking or a phone order.All restaurants stop taking orders at closing time, except this one they treat closing time as the time the workers leave, because they start cleaning at 9:30!!!
