Panera Bread - Herndon

Always a fan of panera. I like this one better than Worldgate location, as there is a wide seating area in the interior and exterior. but this place does.

I love panera, but this place gets dirty! I came around 17 o'clock on a Friday. a lot of time between lunchtime and before it has to do for dinner.

Friendly service! panera is always an entrance for me. I love this place because it has kiosk to place their order and many seats. versatile for large.

Just wanted to give a scream in this store for first-class customer service! I order here on the way to work all the time and my order is usually waiting on the shelf when I get there. The staff is always super friendly. Today I hung around for ~10 minutes, obviously there was a Ciabatta disease. Not only the staff treated me to a pastry, they refunded my order due to the waiting period. I didn't expect, so I was surprised. Thank you, Panera.

Enjoy that this location is in the neighborhood. The full service Panera closed in Woodlands Shopping Ctr. Always get great customer service. It is also nice to be a Panera Club member!
