Charred Gourmet Burger Sandwich

They are lucky zero stars is not an option! My mother in law and I went here after she bought a Local Flavor coupon. After waiting over 10 mins at register we see the host stand up from a table where she was chatting with guest..she tells us they are out of chicken again. We start to order and then my mother in law pulls out her coupon the cashier says no they won’t take it even though the coupon said it’s good for any food or beverage. We then asked for manager and the owner Santiago refused to honor the coupon basically saying he told knows that the coupon is deceiving but he just tells people no when they come total bait and switch. He then goes on and says that Local Flavor doesn't give him any of the money and he tells people he won’t accept the coupon and leave. Save your money and give it to a local business that appreciates their customers especially new ones that have never been there and are trying for the first time! I would not recommend this place to even my enemies! He was extremely rude and dismissive.

I 'll give the flavor and quality of the hamburger patty a 4.5. Wood grilled flavor can 't be beat. I 'll give the menu presentation and write ups a 5; however, execution,appearance, use of ingredients and final product drops this to a 3. Ordered the 3 Little Pigs Burger, Truffle Crisps and Corn Cobb Salad.Burger 2 small pieces of bacon (not slab , spoonful of pork BBQ, about 8 pieces of salad lettuce and a paper thin tomato slice. Dressing and presenting a great patty without the promised flavor builders does this burger an injustice.Crisps promised thin potato and got the standard frozen jumbos. Even given some grace for delivery, those taters were never fried right and packaged to ensure they sweated in their own steam. Microscopic truffle, a bit of parm tossed into the bag almost at the last minute. Order size was small, too.Cobb Salad nothing Charred about it, corn had no bark or char, as expected, appeared canned, teaspoon of bacon crumbles, romanie industrial chopped lettuce only note of greens. Size was just above a side salad and no other protein beyond eggs unless you pay more.I really want to give this an in restaurant try at some point. My expectations were high based on descriptions and pictures and beyond great flavor of the patty it fell flat. If going for highend prices and promising the moon then the product needs to wow. Better to underpromise and over deliver than the other way around.

This is a $7.50 order of fries. Never again.Response:Thank you for confirming the size because 2 large fries were ordered. So what we got was 2 regular fries that were extremely undercooked. My rating still stands

I don't usually write reviews but this one totally deserved it! I went here with my brother this morning about 30 minutes after it opened the experience was great! The chef was very kind and explained thoroughly about all our options specifically halal options. Although the waiting time was a little lengthy it was totally worth it. The menu was different from what we usually get and so was the taste. It was wholly original and absolutely delectable. The serving sizes were also on point. The décor was great and I wholly enjoyed my experience. I really recommend this place because the food was too good! Wish it was closer by so we could come everyday, but this is definitely a place I will visit soon! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the plating especially for the fries but the taste made up for it so it wasn't a problem. I got spicy fried chicken burger with cheese truffle fries and my brother got the brisket burger with sweet potato fries.

Great selection of delicious burgers. Majority of the ingredients including cheese is made in house. The patties are very well seasoned and cooked according to your likeness. We ordered dry rub charred chicken wings, Cowboy burger, Roadhouse burger, grilled salmon burger, cheeseburger and hot chicken burger. Each of them were full of flavors and had their own unique taste. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend them.
