First Watch - Hermitage

It was good. when we were there. that food came out right.

If I could give him 0 stars, I would! came alone in the food and sat. another guy already ate in the section where they sat me. I looked at the menu, although I knew a lot about what I wanted. waiting to welcome served by a waitress. Well, there were 2 in the opposite, but neither ever came to my table. I've been waiting for one, I get it, maybe they're done. minutes pass and nothing yet. you come to the guy who has already eaten, takes his left over grips and has a whole conversation, ends and still never comes by. the other one I'm standing up in the kitchen area looks around the corner to see if I'm still there. another family sits in the same opposite and the waitress waiting for the guy goes immediately to her table without hesitation after she had just looked at me again! mine, they were there other black customers, so I am not sure what her problem was, but they should not work in any facility where they are not willing to serve all men! infuriating is an understatement! and all management could say I'm sorry and we can serve them better. How? that should have been made jumping!

Great breakfast break! my man and I were so happy with the food and cocktails and our server was so friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed our breakfast here. The wait time was estimated for an hour but got in quicker! Definitely a nice place to hold small business meeting which we had done! Will recommend to others!

Typically my husband and I love first watch. However, we placed an Uber eats order. When we were on the way to pick up it said the order was cancelled by the restaurant. So we called to inquire about why it was cancelled and to place the order directly through them then I was hung up on. If they can't handle take out orders it doesn't need to be an option.. I do not recommend using a delivery service or doing a pick up order for this restaurant. Very poor customer service.
