Bidrage med feedbackThirteen (adults) of us were staying near Kington and we wanted to book an evening meal together for a birthday. None of the places we rang could help so a breakfast was suggested. We travelled to Kington 'on spec ' and found the Regency. It 's a small place and a few locals were already sat inside. We asked if there would be a chance later in the morning and a lady came outside to find what we were after. She said she would fit us in and when we mentioned the locals her reply was We 'll manage . Fortunately, the locals were great and agreed to sit together. Two gentlemen even sat outside to allow us in. We couldn 't have been made more welcome. We each had a terrific breakfast for a very reasonable price. Would I recommend The Regency? You bet.
A went for a full English and coffee £6 too cheap. It was absolutely fine ,especially the coffee, but please charge £7 and buy some better sausages. The staff are charming.
We visited on Saturday, August 1st after exploring Rhodds Farm. We were served a generous pot of tea for two with a refill of milk, as well as two extra large slices of Carrot Cake at a very reasonable price. If only we lived nearby. Thank you to Dot and her assistant Mandy for a wonderful experience.
Great value, friendly staff and clientele. We re visited a couple of days later when passing through. Dogs, walkers, cyclists all welcome. Is wuite cosy, but well worth going.
Wasn't really expecting that much from this small café as it is off the main shopping area but boy was I surprised. The menu is varied and the prices reasonably as well as good service but the food is second to none. I had the chicken Caesar salad and I can honestly say it is the best Caesar salad I have ever eaten and there was plenty of it.My husband had the tuna melt sandwich and a portion of chips and he was stuffed after it. We will definitely be back
