The Garway Moon Inn

Really nice restraint, not much on the menu but that's nice as you have plenty to choose from. Had the fish and chips and partner had the full moon burger. Have to say the fish was probably one of the best I've had especially for a secluded pub pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Very hospitable and we enjoyed ourselves can't say much more than that!

What a great pub!!! Such a warm welcome and laughs with Danny and the staff. We couldn’t resist the cheesy chips! The locals are lovely and we felt like we’d being going there for years. Will definitely visit the area again. Thanks team

Popped in on the way to our B&B after a full day at The Oldfield Forge. The inn was recommended by staff there and it didn't disappoint. A warm and chatty welcome upon arrival and then after a drink we both ordered a FULL MOON burger. A top-notch burger with some of the crispiest fries ever. The inn had a warm inviting feel with families and children happily playing in the beer garden.

We were with a group of 15 friends who were walking in the area and had a lunch on a Saturday (we had booked). Really tasty food, nicely presented and generous portions. Was impressed and would return. Only 1 very busy guy serving who worked hard, as was doing bar and food and could have done with an extra pair of hands, but the overall experience was excellent.

We ordered two coffees which came out cold so I tuck the pot back to the bar it come back cold I gave them the opportunity to put things right do I go back in again no so i have sent a bad review there food is excellent we came and had a Sunday lunch 6 days before .
