Cold dry chips, ordered a large meal deal, got a medium drink, no cream either which I ordered. Very greasy pattie. Weird feeling napkins.

Awful. Food arrived stone cold it was completely inedible. Waited 40 minutes for a delivery that was 10 minutes down the road. We were then told that it was due to them waiting for another order for half an hour after our food was ready. Then rang customer services at UberEATS and got 0 help, they did not offer us a refund or any sort of replacement for the food we have to throw away. Absolutely shocking. Avoid using at all costs.

Very poor very slow ,coffee was cold ,food took ages as they were more interested in getting the deliveries out than serving the customers in the actual restaurant

Earlier this afternoon, I and a couple of friends visited this so called restaurant. When we walked in, we were rudely greeted with a bunch of loud-mouthed millennials. The McDonalds was extremely busy downstairs, with us having to wait minutes for a screen to order. Finally when the rubbish, filthy touchscreens managed to take mine and my friends orders we waited by the counter. My friend had the wrong wrap, so took it back. It turned out he actually was given my wrap, which when given back the rude worker and she simply chucked it into the bin like it was a basketball and a 3 pointer on the court. Anyway, this aside i had to wait 20 WHOLE MINUTES for a wrap. When I had trekked up 20 million flights of stairs, I HAD NO SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE (which I ordered). I trekked back down to get my sauce, went back up the stairs, opened my wrap and disaster struck. It had split and gone everywhere, all over the mucky tables. Overall, I would rather go to Bagdad McDonalds.

I’m writing this review in an utter state of panic and disarray. I have 3 hungry children so took them to McDonalds as access to a sustainable food income is a human right. Firstly, the touch screens to order our food had disgustingly poor touch sensors. It was extremely difficult for me to order on a faulty screen, with a hungry belly and three crying children. Once I had finally ordered it took an age for a ‘FAST FOOD’ restaurant to give my hungry, crying children their food. When they arrived the miserable, sluggish manager had the audacity to give me the wrong orders. They then blatantly refused to give me a refund or the CORRECT ORDER! I am incredibly disappointed with this customer service and my children cried through the 4 hour journey home as they looked forward to their happy meals. DO NOT GO TO HEREFORD MCDONALDS! MY WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!!!
