Mcdonald's - Herefordshire, County of

Called in for lunch. Wanted a vegan burger but it said it was unavailable. So chose a veggie spicy wrap chips and a milkshake. It took ages to arrive and when it did the spicy veggie wrap was horrible. The banana milkshake had no taste of banannas in fact I think it was a vanilla one. Should have complained. And if I was vegan and not vegatarian I would have not have had anything to eat. On the services near London I had a banana milkshake and it was lovely but this one was awful. The place was clean but the food just average.

Absolutely useless. Hardly any seats, food cold, missing items and then they mark the food as ready to collect yet you wait another 20 minutes. Definitely won't be going back in any hurry.

40 minute queue for Drive Thru. Gridlock as parked cars cannot get out for the Drive Thru queue. Got told to wait in parked bay. Waited another 30 minutes and they had forgotten about our order. Was given the order with items missing and half made items included. Were that hungry by the end of it we just had to eat it rather than complain again. Save yourself and go to the other McDonalds or KFC.

I go there very often i cant say the food is bad...it tastes fine The issue comes with service 80% of the time i use the drive thru Almost...pretty much every time there is something missing in the order But the queue for the drive thru is terrible There is always a lane where you wait for more than 30 minutes While the other one clears up in 10 min If you dont have enough staff to run 2 lanes for leave only 1 open only.... Lack of management

Worst one I have ever been to, sat in drive through over an hour when we finally got our food stuff was missing.
