These pizzas are made with a fine paste, they are really well garnished and are excellent (well of taste! the filling is at the top, it comes from grass cheese, butchery and great quality traders in the street of the general of the gaule. a chance to have this pizzeria, when you see the hyper-industrial pizzas of the competitors (it's not even cheese, tasteless ham, cheap, mediocre, etc. and it's more and more what you find things without qualities, quick, but without interest! the real black point of this pizzeria scala, these are the non-existent opening hours, better reserved under the pain of being disappointed and demotivated, because from 19:30 nothing! (from 6:45/19h00 no later than week)
Very good pizzeria, fresh and authentic products. I find the good pizzas of my trips to Italy. Pizzaiolo is also very pleasant.
Pizzeria excellent, nothing to say frankly bravo for work. Better pizza from the val-d'Oise.
