Very disappointed with slow service and poor food quality at our family lunch. Waited for over an hour from first main course being delivered to last main course delivered to 11 people on our table. Clearly the kitchen was overwhelmed or understaffed. Won't be going back. Sorry.

Group of us there for brunch waiter advised of menu changes However my elderly sister who had been discussing with her husband what to order requested one of the items not on menu and waiter in a very rude tone advised I have already told you twice that isn 't on the menu . All of us at the table were shocked and were already thinking we would just get up and leave. My sister amended her order but when she returned to her seat, told the waiter that she thought he was out of order and spoke to her very rudely. To which he said I was not rude it is my tone and you had been told twice already!! To which all of us at the table said you were very rude and he continued to argue with us and my sister said well we can go somewhere else and he said that is your choice So we did!! Sadly my sister had been the one to suggest this venue as she had recently taken a group of people there for breakfast. Will not return

We 've been coming here for years when we come over from the Eastern states. Our visit on Monday was very disappointing. It was like living in an episode from Fawlty Towers. We had 'Basil Fawlty ' taking our order and then forgetting what we had ordered. 'Manuel ' was running aroung with drinks and getting all the orders wrong. We had a long wait for our meal, and nearly walked out after waiting a good thirty minutes for coffee and dessert. Honestly, we were looking for the hidden cameras, we really felt like we were being filmed. The place is run down. Won 't be returning. Such a shame, it used to be so good.

A terrible lunch with poor quality food, bad service and a VERY loud piano player . A lovely setting but desperately in need of an update and refurb

Ordered vegetarian frittata. It arrived cold, with very few vegetables. More like a thick omelet. Will not go there again.
