Ruby Tuesday - Henderson

The rice was hard. The portion was small from the picture and price. Missing items. Will never order door dash again .

The shrimp was too hard an item mac& cheese was missing, no utensils to eat with, no napkins mozzarella sticks cooked too hard I paid $94 for my food it wasnt good I want my money back we couldnt eat the shrimp or mozzarella sticks the fries had no salt or seasoning Im a dissatisfied customer .

Was missing literally half of my order including entree. Received an appetizer, a dessert a side. No call from the restaurant to let me know anything was out of stock, just sent my (super kind!! Door Dasher on his way with 3 items. Had to go through customer service to get a refund issued.

While we knew it was an evening order, and items may not be available, we would rather have canceled the order than pay for the food we received tonight. A 4-square inch piece of meat served as my husbands "half-rack" and my Stuffed Rib Eye Quesadilla was filled with dried, rubbery meat and cheese only. No sour cream, no guac, a dried side of lettuce and day-old ? side of rice.

The food was delicious and we loved the salad bar! There were 10 adults and a baby in our group and our server was very attentive and provided excellent service. She was helpful with us to clear the baby. Our food arrived on time and hot.
