Clean restaurant, courtesy service, good food for a good price

We had just a very enjoyable culinary experience in this el pollo loco, not because of the food that was very good, but because of emma, the young lady who took our job. she was funny and smart and seemed really worried that we enjoy our meal. she even stopped at our table and asked if everything was in order, we were very impressed!

I am a new to El Pollo Loco, I was very pleasantly suprised with the menu and the grilled chicken. For a fast food restaurant... I was impressed with the food, the staff, and the cleanliness of the location. My only complaint was that I felt 2 tortillas was not enough for the 3 peice meal I ordered. Maybe I will order extra tortillas next time.

I was really impressed by the driver. She knew the menu inside and out and was an excellent multitasker! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious.

This place is absolutely amazing! I really wish they were in Washington!
