Cubanidad 1885 - Henderson

So I was in cubinadad, probably about 30 times and only clear that I never wrote about it. if they are looking for a legitimate Cuban sandwich, I find this place after I came back from miami and was disappointed with her sandwiches. her 305 sandwich is the truth. the brot is perfectly crispy, the lechon and ham are juicy and full taste. we have some with the fries that are in order and the plantains that were good I recommend them to get a few of the sauces that they have to add the deep of the experience. the lechon asada was good, the black rice and the bons were very good. there are bakery and dessert are top rule. Do not forget to get a Cuban coffee to sell it at the end. this place will be here long if they haven't tried. the staff is very friendly and attentive, which is always an additional bonus, it really looks like they enjoy what they do.

I recommend the Ybor sandwich (5/5). I ordered the steak sandwich, but received the pork sandwich instead. I also ordered the spinach and cheese empanada and received something else. The owner did switch the orders for me in the end. The steak sandwich was dry and salty (2/5). The empanada was small, but it was good (4/5).

Good crafted with love, great service, charming interior, impeccably clean, beer and wine and Cuban non alcoholic beverages, comforting desserts. LOVE IT!!!

I love a good cubano and had this place bookmarked for a while. It's unassuming and located in a plaza with plenty of parking. I ordered the 305 which is the Miami-style Cuban sandwich. It was solid! Maduros are one of my favorites so I got a side order of maduros. For $4.95, it was a dollar per piece, so not worth it for me. They were also served lukewarm. My brother had the Medianoche and it was good too for those who like the sweeter bread. Overall, I think it's a nice spot for a Cuban sandwich but some items are overpriced and may not come out as fresh.
