Bidrage med feedbackCleanliness was superb. Customer service seems like an oxymoron. Neither did they make me feel like a customer and it seems like after they checked you in that was the extent of your customer service. I could go on but I think the point is made.
Don't even know what to say. You Customer Service Person, Brandi(y? , needs to be let go. She canceled my order reservation and then lied about it. She called the police on me and said I threatened to throw the desk bell at her. Watch the video, Mrs Abrams, and you will see she lied. I had stayed at this location at least 3 other times; however, I will never return. Luckily, I was able to get full refund via hotels.com.
DO NOT STAY HERE Horrible, Horrible customer service! They Denied the room to our (4 18 year olds) who were there for a Country concert! Choice.com and Bookings.com both say 18 and up Age on their websites for this hotel is ok, when we booked the room! Look it up! They didn 't Honor this! They said, it 's not our policy! When our kids Drove 5.5 hours from home to get there the front desk wouldn 't give them their room, even when front desk was shown what it says on booking websites that they all say, 18 and up is OK. No reason for this 21 year old restriction! There 's No casino in this hotel. Basically, told our kids to go sleep in the car while our kids were crying and scared! THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL! All of Vegas was booked solid. We asked to talk to a manager! The front desk person said No! We don 't have a manager after hours, nor do we have a Phone It gets worse!!! So, they said they needed an Adult to sign them in. The kids had a mom they 're at a concert that gets out at 11:30pm and will come to hotel. kids were told we needed to go on Booking.com and edit the name on the booking to the parents ' name. (We did). The parent got there after the concert at 12:30am and the hotel once again said SORRY NO!!! We can 't see reservations from the night before! No one said the parent had to be there before midnight! So, no you can 't have the room!! They told them sorry we can 't help you. So basically, they STOLE OUR MONEY! AND GAVE THE ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE! THERE WAS AN EMPTY ROOM! OURS! THEY WOULDNT EVEN TRY AT ALL TO WORK THIS OUT! THEY WERE VERY RUDE! OUR kids had to go to a hotel way out of town by Lake Mead!!!!! Worst hotel service we have ever delt with. They didn 't even try to help! They should have given them a room and the hotel should fix the issues with booking agents! When booking who goes to the hotel 's actual website? No one does when using booking agents!
This place is a 2 star at best. With the exception of the waffles, the hot breakfast was lacking and uninviting. The bacon and eggs looked like they were microwaved. We stayed here as a family for our reunion. Never again. We felt okay because the comfort inn in OKC, Oklahoma was great. Here in Henderson We have several queen suites that had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The sofa beds looked like they were donated from the Salvation Army. My Grandkids wouldn't sleep on them. I shall take pics to prove my point and post before we leave. The best part of the hotel is the pool area.
Hector was amazing. Rest of the staff was always super friendly and courteous. Good place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room clean and cozy.
