Everything was delicious! Make sure to try the bread! Nice little family place. The portions are generous, glad my wife and I decided to split a salad.

My Wife and I came to this restaurant the second day it was open. It was fabulous then and it is even more fabulous now. My work takes me to all the great American cities and food scenes. Chef Piero 's would succeed in any town, or community because they do NOT cut corners. They completely understand the principles of success and implement them daily!! I have seen a few reviews criticizing slow service or unwillingness to make a batch of marinara sauce for a single person. I say get the hell over it or go to the store and buy the ingredients to make your own special marinara if anyone with real culinary taste buds comes to Chef Piero 's they will be lifelong fans!!! Bottom line is this...Chef Pieros is a lifelong passion of experience, culminating in a life long skill set that delivers amazing Roman Italian food with elegance and simplicity you just can 't find anywhere else!!
