Found this restaurant on TripAdvisor, expected it to be touristy... in that regard it didn't disappoint. I heard a number of languages from the tables...

Nice place with good price-quality. The service was good and the Italian male waiter was a top guy. I definitely recommend and will visit again when we are in Helsinki again. :

The service was extremely slow and had lots of mistakes. Salads were missing ingredients (some got ingredients such as strawberries which their salads should not have included and other ones lacked them) and also the main courses were missing and we needed to ask them (they had forgotten to deliver the order to the kitchen). Moreover, the menu indicated that the restaurant serves gluten free foccacia -bread. When asked, they had no gluten free bread, pizza nor anything with cereals. Some got wrong beer and wine. Dessert gelato was not italian gelato, rather normal ice cream without toppings or sauces. We needed to ask them separately, although the menu indicated they should be included. Also the mango sorbet had a little bit old taste. It took more than 3 hours for 9 persons dinner with just appetizers or dessert and one main course. I truly wish that they get their service and kitchen in order.
