Taco Bell - Helotes

Would give 0 stars if I could, but can't. The window person wouldn't give the right tea twice, and even if at half and half, it was still sweet. The beans mixed with guacamole didn't taste right, the cheese for the nachos and cheese wrap was limited and a bit cold/warm.

Food wasn't hot, they got both orders wrong, the dining room and drink station were not clean.overall just a unpleasant dining experience.

Dont expect for anybody to pick up the phone just go higher up the ladder if you have a issue,make sure your food is all there and done right before you leave that window.

The young guy at the drive thru was very polite but they gave me the wrong order. I didn't check it before I left, which I should have. I was just expecting to get what I ordered. So I had to go back and get what I ordered. I was very irritated.

Always order ahead for pick and up love that the order is always ready and made correctly!
