We went inside to order because it has been a long time since we have eaten KFC and wanted time to look at the menu. The employees responded that they would be right with us when we walked in and were not pushy when we took a while took look at the menu. I ordered the chicken tender box that came with fries, cole slaw and a biscuit. It was delicious! My mom had their new chicken sandwich and said it was really good. I like their new fries better than the potato wedges theyuse to serve. I also really liked their honey mustard sauce I am picky about my honey mustard sauce). Food and service was great!
My visit started out with a rude individual at the drive-thru, rushing me to place my order despite there being no one else in the drive-thru. Come to find out that rude person was JOSE GUTIERREZ, the MANAGER of the establishment of all people. My order consisted of a family meal and a pot pie meal which made it over a $50 order. I received my one drink first which was supposed to be a Dr pepper with no ice, as I ordered it. It had ice in it so I kindly asked for one withno ice and they handed me a drink back with more ice than before, the majority of the cup was filled with ice and the rest of the way with watered down soda. Then when I checked the food, the gravy for my mash was literally spilling out inthe bag where the pot pie was and the cookie that was supposed to come with the pot pie was nowhere to be found. I called the establishment to tell them about the entire situation and the MANAGER JOSE GUTIERREZ insisted that I visited thewrong location, because they hadn 't received any orders with a drink in a while. but I had literally just picked up my food 15 minutes earlier. I approached the situation kindly and wasn 't looking to be told I was a liar. I hope thisestablishment figures out a much better way to commit to providing actual good customer service because what happened to my family and I today was unacceptable. JOSE GUTIERREZ is a MANAGER that needs to be properly retrained and taught thatit doesn 't take much to be kind to others.
