Feasta Pizza - HELLERTOWN

Large slices. Piping hot, lots of cheese. Delicious. Would recommend.

Eating is good. I never had anything I didn't like. The staff is friendly.

Pizza is good, but not an hour before closing and expect to eat. You'll turn away. Apparently they don't want to serve a HOUR before they close. I've never dealt with this before. Pretty sure to eat a pizza and 4 people takes less than 1 hour. Had been gone before closing.

Not sure what?s going on with this place but customer service and quality is down immensely. I ordered a pie that I often do and upon getting it home disappointment struck. Completely wrong pie. Ohhhh no, my stomach said. But as hungry as I was I ate a slice and it wasn?t terrible but it wasn?t good either. So, I called to let them know that there was an error with my order expecting great customer service to match what the quality of the food used to be and was disappointed yet again. They offered no customer service whatsoever and only said thanks for letting us know!!! I asked to speak with a manager and she actually refused to take the call. Now for the record I wasn?t looking for free food, only an authentic show of being customer centric. Had they offered a free pie I would?ve declined. However that would?ve been the difference in this establishment still having my patronage!!!! So, Roma pizza you are now my go to. Adios feasta!!!!

I'm visiting from out of town and was really craving chicken Alfredo. It was delivered to my hotel I got no utensils and it was very bland had no salt to spice it up tried to eat most of it I did happen to bring a spoon with me from home the struggle was real but in the end I couldn't eat it.
