Bidrage med feedbackThe store in Helena is so unconsistent and disorganized. It's regrettable. Tonight I place my order online as soon as I get the email that it's ready to go to the store to pick up. When I'm there, does the girl in the window say it's not ready? not a problem, how much longer will it be? Your answer? I don't know. I told her it's okay if there's more of a wait, but can't you tell me if it's a few minutes a few hours?.anything. Your answer?.nope. I don't know. So I'm just telling her to refund the order, but I have to go in to do it. No problem. I'll come in and wait about 10 minutes until someone else works to tell me he can't refund it. Not true, but I think I just have to wait and see if the money is refunded. Last time this happened (a few months ago) after a week without a refund I had to dispute with the credit card company.
These little caesars do not seem to find what it must be consistently successful, or even consistently open to this matter. Last year or so, they had a run with poor employees who ran the business down, which to them a number of bad reviews. They somehow managed to turn it around with new employees and new management and had a period in the last few months where they did well. Their quality went up, their hours were consistent, and they did a great job to keep things going; but it seems that something has happened recently that has led them to lose this staff and back into the same problems as before. They are back to many of the same quality problems as before and cannot keep the business open during normal business hours. If you decide to visit this place, you need to be prepared that the place will be closed unexpectedly in an abnormal hour, or you need to be ready to wait for a longer time.
The prices are very good, but quality is meh you come here if you are looking for a pizza fast, you will enter it within 1 minute of you, trust me.
I ordered her app tonight. It allowed me to order and pay via the card only to discover when I arrived at 6:55PM that this place is not open at all. On a Saturday night. Why would they not have relied on their app to not accept orders and accept payment on these orders? While I was there, three other customers moved to find out that they were not even open. Painful.
Pull up to the window of Little Caesars pizza today after waiting in line for 25 minutes which is okay because it's the busiest time of day for them. Ordered a hot and ready pepperoni , and a cheese bread. The price of the product was $13 some odd cents which is actually a pretty good deal. However when I went to pay for the food I tried to hand the guy a $50 bill and he told me that he did not have change for it. I just sort of gave him that look for a couple of seconds because he and I both knew that he had the change in the register. his response was sorry it's company policy. So I got the change jar out of the back seat paid him in $1 bills and sat calmly by the window waiting for 10 minutes while they got my hot and ready pizza?. but in the meantime an employee walked up opened the register removed three $20 bills and a $10 bill from the register and put them in the safe.
