Brothers Bbq - Heber Springs

I really didn't give this place a decent attempt to eat. Would you like to try more from their menu, but was full of the bbq I had eaten earlier a day. Sausage was just ok, a little on the burnt side and the salad was pretty good. Service was good.

We arrived on Saturday evening for a visit to St Barnabas on Sunday and were at the Holiday Inn. Brothers was great the food was fantastic, with their own tasteful spin on BBQ, and the waiting staff was so friendly. Next time we'll eat here again!

All about our experience here was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great, the prices were very reasonable and if of course the food was delicious! The large bbq sandwich with pork, was very tasteful and moist. The ribs were well seasoned and perfectly cooked, they could have been a bit hotter, but they got the food fast so I don't complain. The Jalapeno cheddar sausage was good, very cheesy. All sides were delicious, especially the roles! Both BBQ sauces were delicious and the meat prefect. We'll be back.

Service was wonderful in this restaurant. All were very friendly. We have our food fast. You sit down when you enter. The grill was very good. We had pigs and ribs. We enjoyed their mild and hot bbq sauces and mixed them. I took a star because I felt like the sides weren't home. They were still tasty, but didn't seem to be made fresh there. We had beans, Slavs, Okra and potato salad. We would definitely return. We ordered a coconut cream pipe to go and it was delicious!

If I could give this place ten stars I would! Food was beyond great. Had the sampler- chicken wings, ribs, pulled pork, and chopped beef barbeque. My favorite was the beef, but that's just me. It was all great! Their sauce is perfect, tangy and sweet at the same time. And you just gotta have one of their rolls to believe it, I don't know how they do it. My kid said his chicken strips were the best chicken he's ever had! Service is excellent, super friendly. Best barbecue in Heber Springs and Cleburne County, hands down.
