Tim Hortons - Heath

We stopped by for a quick breakfast during our planned trip, but the service was quite slow. After waiting for a few minutes, a tired and overworked staff member finally came to take our order. It took a while to get our food together since he had to assist other customers repeatedly. Despite the delays, the food and coffee were delicious.

I ordered a coffee and the workers at the counter told me to wait a little while. I was the only customer in there and they were just standing around behind the counter. I ended up leaving because I was not sure how this place can survive without hiring better employees.

I sat in the car for half an hour before I even made it a redner. I sat 7 minutes without greeting to take my order, so I move to the window to place my order. the lady asked what I wanted. I ordered my drink and began to ask for a certain donut. I was cut off, we have no donuts we close early. that was about 1:45. I paid $5.80 for a drink that wasn't even full and runny. I will not go back there. I'm staying at the crew on the 21st day.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 big coffee 6sugars 4cream. I never had a coffee from tim hortons somewhere in my life that was so terrible evil. I didn't ask about all the cream, probably 3 sugars. I told the young girl that it's cold, a bad one that she reacted I wanted to and close her the car door. please repair the personal. I worked at a tim hortons and this girl didn't care about the way the load is represented or something. I think you should fix it. or keep customers on running. I'd rather go to dieucks.

I ordered a mocha and was given a regular black coffee with no sugar or cream to it also saw a sign about the steps they take to protect against the covid 19 virus. And visually only saw a single member have a mask when there was a team of 6 people working behind the counter near food.
