Panera Bread - Heath

Placed an order. They didn't bother to tell me that they were out of the bread I wanted. Gave me apples to go with my soup instead. They never have bread bowls when I go in. For a bread based restaurant that's ridiculous to me!

A little slower than usual. Soup and sandwich were hot and delicious.Parking: Always plenty of space

Listen dog, already had a bad day and all I wanted was a dippy food. I ordered the bread bowl with Mac and cheese because that's close enough to dippy and how these mfs gonna forget the BREAD BOWL. Gave me just Mac and cheese. My bad day just got worse like how do you forget the main ingredient?

Edited: I had previously given 3 stars but after seeing fly land on many open glass baked goods (what a stupid concept) I said nope never eating one of those again. Ordered to go soup and walked over on sticky floor.Staff yelling at each other about personal stuff.Guy stared at the bag when I asked if my order (just myself and an old man in there) I then helpfully said onion soup he still stared at it then finally said yeah very untidy hair register girl also around dessert area had enough water on the floor for mopping to float an Ark. She did say sorry as she swung the mop in my direction as i went by to get out.I gingerly made my way to door and left not returning. Will choose Coffee Shack or River Road.

We ordered this for lunch today and it was horrible all three orders were wrong. It was all just thrown in the bag. Lettuce tasted weird, and how do you forget the avacado on the turkey avacado blt?!
