Blue Moon Bbq - Hearne

Heard about this top 100 texas bbq place on facebook. the windshield sandwich and the loaded backkartoffel were the hands down I've ever had. Perhaps the most friendly staff I've ever had had the pleasure of meeting me. only on the outside they tend to run out of the elements as the day goes, so they get there early if they want most options. While they are not shy about all of them letting know, they will definitely recommend something they still have that my money says amazing.

The food was delicious. Brisket was fork-tender with a nice, crispy crust. Enjoyed the potato salad and beans. However, in this little place we waited 40 minutes for our food. Bring a book.

Meat was very simple (not much seasoned) was not very warm. the service was very slow and it was very expensive. I really expected better from a texas monthly top 50.?

For what it is, 5 stars all the way. super friendly worker, it's sweet, it? mom and pop, that's perfect.

Not a bad little Bbq hack. most people want to go. the dame that leads the place doesn't matter to tell them that she gets her brisket from kroger. she doesn't mind telling you that she may not have smoked enough meat for the day because she doesn't want much left. they opened at 11 o'clock and when we were there at 11:15 o'clock, they told us she was almost out of the dress. most people prescribe. the meat is a little above average. kartoffelsalat is bought and the beans I can't say whether she does it or not. Sausage is also somewhat above average. this is a quarter bbq restaurant, so their biggest customers are those who live in the opposite. everything in all it is not bad, but I will not go there to a bbq repair. Nice that they are open again after they are with road construction for tooo long.
